Ingredients
– 1/2 cup strawberries (mashed, including juice)
– 1 cup plain yogurt (xylitol-free)
– 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mash strawberries until desired texture. Optional: save a few slices for garnish.
2. Add yogurt and honey to mashed strawberries, including the juice and mix until well combined.
4. Pour into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Add a slice of strawberry in the center of each treat (if using).
6. Freeze for at least four hours or until solid.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
