
Ingredients
– 1 banana (preferably overripe)
– 1/2 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
– 1 cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
3. Add the peanut butter and old-fashioned oats and mix until a dough forms.
4. Roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
5. Use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuits or roll out balls of dough and flatten with a fork.
6. Place the biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until firm and golden brown.
8. Let them cool completely before serving.


Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
